Greg Yates, CEO
After college at Olivet Nazarene University, Greg entered the manufacturing business in 1982. He became a Journeyman toolmaker and progressed into die and mold Design. In 1997, after building the manufacturing business to hundreds of employees and a strong industry presence, Greg chose to sell out his ownership to pursue other ventures and ended up relocating to Bourbonnais, Illinois.

Greg is now President and CEO of Quality Concepts Family of Companies. Greg founded the World Leadership Foundation in 2001, a 501 C3 non-profit organization that develops and presents education programs for young people as well as Starfish Group Homes, a foster care initiative with emphasis on caring for sibling groups in the foster cares system.

Greg currently holds a seat on the Provena Foundation Board. He also served on the Board of Trustees for Olivet Nazarene University. Greg received the 2009 Business Person of the Year award from the Bradley-Bourbonnais Regional Chamber of Commerce for his work and contributions to the community.

Greg is an instrument rated pilot, grandfather of four, self proclaimed workaholic but also enjoys using his vocal performance training by singing for various events and concerts. But, his true passion is the privilege in working closely with his wife, Vicki and their two children, Terrence Yates and Laci Erickson in the oversight and growth of the Quality Concepts Family of Companies.

Terry Yates, CFO
Terry Yates has been an employee of Quality Concepts for seven years. He currently holds the position of CFO and oversees and directs the financial operations of Quality Concepts and all of its separate entities.

To assist in this effort, eight staff members are directly under Terry’s management with over 150 total employees under his supervision. During his employment with Quality Concepts, Terry has held various VP and Director of Operations positions in several of the entities. Prior to working for Quality Concepts, Terry was head of IT for Ervin Equipment Inc. & Diamond Coach Leasing Inc. for two years. Terry was also employed at Casey Tool and Machine for 7 years as an IT specialist.

Terry attended Olivet Nazarene University where he completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management in three years.

Christine Cousin, Director of Customer Service
Christine Cousin oversees all of Quality Concepts customer service and development.

Christine's background has brought many advantages within the Quality Concepts to build relationships with our customers. She leads a team of Support staff that focuses on servicing the sales staff and customers for all Quality Concepts family of companies. She has over 10 years experience with customer service and sales support.

Dan Ortman, Director of Technology
Dan Ortman oversees all of Quality Concepts technology operations. Since joining Quality Concepts in 2005, he has dramatically scaled the systems infrastructure. With Quality Concepts expanding operations, Dan’s focus has been on high availability and global systemization.

Dan’s background as a network administrator, programmer, and systems analyst uniquely prepares him to lead Quality Concepts technological initiatives. He brings more than 10 years of experience in technology administration, system design, and high-volume transaction processing.

Dan holds a degree in computer science and has extensive experience in third party logistics and systems integration. He lives in the Chicagoland area with his wife Amanda and four daughters.

Tim Rieken , Controller
Tim has been the Controller for Quality Concepts since 2008. He has successfully managed to develop the accounting system to accommodate the needs of all of the businesses within the QC family. He currently oversees the day to day accounting function. Tim provides the accounting and system support for all team members.

Tim has over 20 years of accounting experience in various industries. He has owned his own business and managed others. His well-rounded background has enabled him to provide the most efficient use of resources.

Tim has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a Minor in Finance from Olivet Nazarene University.
