Quality Concepts was founded in the mid 1990s by Greg Yates following the sale of his own manufacturing business. QC was birthed initially in a business consulting environment to foster business development through infrastructure, business modeling and a central hub of common resources for consistency in the development of any entrepreneurial model. The application of this concept continues to be used in our own businesses as well as assisting outside entities.

Identifying solutions for our customers defines our success. We don’t merely sell products or services. We are a solution provider because people call us with problems that need solutions. Quality Concepts means Quality Solutions and if it’s in our wheelhouse of competencies then we strive to be more than just an order taker, adding value to your organization.

Admittedly it’s impossible to satisfy everyone or to give everyone what they ‘want’. But that doesn’t mean we can’t serve them! I’ve never found it possible to ‘give’ enough of anything tangible when building a relationship, however, when we give of ourselves.. we serve. We strive to build relationships with the people we do business with. It won’t be every possible customer and it won’t always be without flaw or fault, but when we serve... we truly embody our mission.
