Quality Concepts was founded in the mid 1990s by Greg Yates following the sale of his own manufacturing business. QC was birthed initially in a business consulting environment to foster business development through infrastructure, business modeling and a central hub of common resources for consistency in the development of any entrepreneurial model. The application of this concept continues to be used in our own businesses listed here as well as assisting outside entities.
